- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be clearly displayed at the point of request.

- 0k77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected, withdrawals may be frozen pending investigation and relevant authorities notified.
0k77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer and to the general bonus conditions in this section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to all applicable terms:
- Each bonus offer specifies the applicable wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means wager ten times the bonus value).

- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Bonus abuse — including collusion, multi-accounting, or exploitation of promotion mechanics — results in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 0k77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
- Using or attempting to use any software, algorithm, robot, script, or automated device to interact with the Services in a manner not intended by 0k77, including advantage-play techniques designed to circumvent the house edge.
- Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity, real or fictitious.
- Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to conduct money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any other person, or permitting any third party to use your account for any purpose.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or engaging in chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any coordinated wagering scheme intended to defraud 0k77 or other players.
Enforcement Notice: 0k77 employs real-time transaction monitoring and pattern-analysis systems. Accounts flagged by these systems are subject to review, and funds associated with prohibited conduct may be permanently withheld pending investigation.
All content on the 0k77 Platform — including website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio and video material, software interfaces, game designs, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of 0k77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any such intellectual property except as strictly necessary to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or create derivative works from any content or software forming part of the 0k77 Platform without prior written permission from 0k77. Unauthorised use of 0k77's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0k77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services. In particular, without limiting the foregoing:
- 0k77 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage, even if 0k77 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
- 0k77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Services.
- Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 0k77's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Prior to closure, you are responsible for withdrawing any available balance, subject to the verification requirements and payment processing times in Section 3. 0k77 is not responsible for any balance that cannot be returned due to your failure to provide required verification documentation within a reasonable time following a closure request.
0k77 may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where an amendment is material, 0k77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-app notification prior to the amendment taking effect, though advance notice is not guaranteed in every case.
